Thanksliving 2023
Hi Friends!
It's that time of year again - I can't believe this is our third year offering Thanksgiving pre-orders! We have come such a long way since our first Thanksgiving Preorder when I burned all the roasts and we ruined 50 pounds of potatoes!
Tim and I were both working full-time jobs and doing the food truck prep in the evenings. That evening when I started pulling the roasts from the oven, my heart sank. The bottoms felt hard and I could tell they were burned. I didn’t want to tell Tim that we wouldn’t be heading home any time soon. When I did tell him, he said we should just reach out to everyone, tell them what happened and refund their money. I told him that folks were counting on us for their vegan Thanksgiving meals and we were going to make it work. We started making another 25 roasts. The next day we bought 50 more pounds of potatoes and we got it done! AND many of you have been enjoying our Thanksgiving meals since!
We have learned and grown so much over the past few years and it's all because of folks like you. Thank you so much for your continued support. You are truly appreciated!

This is a new vegan baking business here in Columbia and I’m excited to share her delicious treats. You can follow her for updates on IG @veganblissbites.
