Our menu is always changing depending on the season, the event, and my latest kitchen explorations!   

I make our meats, cheeses, and sauces from scratch. We rely on fresh, simple ingredients when making our foods. My goal is to ensure our food is sustainable, healthy, delicious, and kind. You’ll find some of our favorites below. Follow us on social media to see what we’re serving up next!

  • Beetnik Burgers

    I make our Beetnik burgers with mushrooms, onion, garlic and you guessed it! Beets! We serve it up on a bun topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, and our homemade Awesome Sauce! It’s so meaty my life-long veggie friend said, “It’s disturbingly meat-like!” It took me about a year of trial and error to get this one right and I almost gave up on it. I’m glad that I stuck with it, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. You’ll love it and I’ll bet your carnivore friends will too!

  • Tuno Salad Sandwich

    I’ve always been a big fan of tuna salad sandwiches, so I had to find something that fit my cravings. I love this recipe because it includes hearts of palm and a little seaweed which really help mimic that tuna texture and flavor. I love this as a sandwich, as a snack with crackers, or mixed into a salad. It’s definitely one of my favorites.

  • Nachos

    Our nachos include tortilla chips, refried beans, burger, and our chez sauce. We top it all off with pickled jalapenos, black olives, green onions, and spicy may.

  • Mac & Chez

    I’ve been playing around with our mac & cheese recipe for a while but it always turned into a starchy lump that was not good enough to share with our customers. I finally found a gooey stretchy creamy chez recipe that I really love. I mix each serving fresh when ordered so it’s just the right combination of chez and pasta. I top it with coconut bacon and green onion for a little extra kick.

  • Charcuterie

    Feeling Fancy? I make three different varieties of vegan cheeses – Cranberry Thyme, Whiskey Cheddar, and Buffalo Cheddar. And I’m working on a brie recipe. Stay tuned! I also make mushroom pate and our homemade vegan meats like pepperoni or shawarma. From time to time we carry charcuterie boxes for sale on the truck.   • Tim's Tasty Potato Salad

    This one is Tim’s baby and he makes every batch himself. It’s a classic mayo/mustard potato salad with a few ‘secrets’ that Tim will happily share if you ask him! He swears it’s the best potato salad in the world and I’m inclined to agree. One of our friends called it the Socratic ideal of potato salad!

  • Protein-Packed Tabbouleh

    We use quinoa and garbanzo beans, instead of bulgar wheat, which ups the protein profile if you’re counting macros. We also add lots of fresh herbs, cucumbers, and tomatoes, all served up in a delicious lime vinaigrette. So cool and refreshing on a hot summer day.

  • Breakfast Burritos

    We make our breakfast burritos with your choice of vegan ‘meat’, tofu scramble, sauteed greens, roasted potatoes, and our chez sauces. Such a yummy and filling breakfast on the go!

  • Esther’s Power Breakfast

    My friend, Esther, developed this recipe in line with Dr. Gregor’s Daily Dozen - https://nutritionfacts.org/daily-dozen/ - to be the most nutrition-packed way to start her day. We’re sharing it with you on our food truck! It’s a blend of whole grains, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and spices. We top it off with our triple berry compote, sliced banana, and oat milk. It’s a great way to start your day!

 Desserts to make life a little sweeter!

  • Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Classic oatmeal cookies with coconut and chocolate chips. Slightly crisp, chewy, and yummy. So good!

  • Snickers Date Bites

    Such a simple treat but so delicious! Sweet chewy caramelly dates stuffed with natural peanut butter and peanuts topped with creamy vegan chocolate. Kind of like the classic candy bar without all the weird ingredients that you can’t pronounce!

  • Lime Drizzle Cake with Berry Compote and Whipped Cream

    Step aside strawberry shortcake! Welcome to your new favorite summer cake! Light moist cake with a slight tang from the fresh lime drizzle, top it with our delicious berry compote and creamy whipped.
